Mamsan's base, the Dairy Factory, was built in a 160 acre land in Havsa, Edirne in the year 1980. From then on, Mamsan has become a top-lining factory wih over 32 sorts of products, and 1500 ton UHT milk production capacity.

Mamsan is an important job-supplier and income-support for the civilians and villagers around the Havsa territory. Although the main goal of the establishment was baby food, now after the investments and the enlargement of the facility in 1990s, Mamsan has become highly specialized in products as Milk and Dairy Food together with other nutrients.
